Our Mediterranean catering menu is heavily influenced by Greek and Lebanese food. We use only fresh local and imported Mediterranean ingreadients with all food prepared from scratch. Our goal is to work with and present a tantalizing array of signature Mediterranean dishes that honors each organization’s budget.
A wide variety of corporate catering options are provided that include: “Choice Buffet” or “Gourmet Buffet” selections that are priced by the person or event planners can select from an array of party platters and trays that feature finger foods such as hummus and pita chips or fresh walnut baklava. “Gourmet Boxed Lunches” allow individuals to choose between a grilled panini wrap, zaki, or stuffed pita, with two sides and baklava or a cookie to finish. Planners can easily add meal selections to their online “shopping cart” and print out both the catering menu and the restaurant menu. For full-service catering events, Jasmin Bistro will provide setup, serving, and teardown. Buffet services start at $9 a person, which includes chicken kabob, Greek salad, rice pilaf, pita bread and iced tea. For an additional fee, Jasmin Bistro can also set out china and silverware, as well as table covers and cloth napkins.
Jasmin Bistro will work with event planners to custom-build an ideal corporate catering solution that adheres to budget restrictions. The restaurant will deliver to Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. Jasmin Bistro hopes to form lasting catering relationships with area offices, medical facilities, and educational institutions around the Triangle area.
